How I work
Besides Hypnotherapy and EMDR I use tools from NLP and the Neuroscience of Change to get you unstuck and thriving. Additionally I have developed my own healing tools to heal traumas so you can move on.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is a natural occurring state into which we dip in and out several times a day. The calming nature of being in this very state without the outside distractions can be very powerful to facilitate great shifts within yourself. The Hypnotherapy I use can create the best possible outcome for you sometimes in only one session.

How does EMDR work
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) was originally designed by Francine Shapiro, Ph.D., in the 1980, to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories and other adverse life experience. After successful treatment with EMDR, -distress is relieved, negative beliefs are reformulated, and physiological arousal is reduced.
Even though it has been developed and commonly used in trauma therapy it has been a very valuable tool in my practice and a great addition to Hypnotherapy.

Why working with me?

I can't tell you that I know exactly what you are going through or that I have the solution to all your struggles. What I do know is that you already hold all the answers within yourself and I also know how to connect yourself with this knowing.
When we start looking for answers we usually look outside of us forgetting that we have a inner guidance that has already brought us to this place. Unfortunately this knowledge is sometimes misunderstood as it might cause you some sort of pain and as we have been thought to move away from pain rather than listening to its message we are pulled deeper into the pain at certain times of our life, most of the times triggered by outside circumstances.
Unfortunately we live in a time where we have learned to blame our pain onto these circumstances that trigger these emotions. Which would sound something like: "because of xyz I feel this way" or "This person makes me feel upset, angry, sad ..."

There is nothing that can make you feel a certain way unless you have this feeling in yourself already. For example, no one can make you feel insecure if you are not feeling insecure already. No one cam make you angry, if anger doesn't already live within yourself.

I invite you to look at your pain, blocks and barriers and the emotion of feeling stuck, from another angle and to see it as a guide and to listen to its wisdom.
In order to live with purpose and in tune with your higher consciousness you will have to start loving and accepting every part of yourself and heal what is not needed any longer so you can let it go.
